I've been enjoying this game since the beta phase, and with it now free to try out, there is no reason you shouldn't join in on the fun and give it a go. You can download the game for Mac or PC here.

Lego Universe, the fun-for-all-ages MMO that challenges you to become a minifig and "save imagination" has now evolved from being a subscription-only game to offering a free-to-play version. From Facebook to mobile to web to PC, more and more games are embracing the "freemium" model in an effort to help get more users playing. It seems Lego has learned that players enjoy this flexibility, and I'm happy to see they've modified their pricing structure.
